How to make a pizza crust that’s worth it
With his new restaurant, Papas Pizza, Papa G.A.F.G. has turned to pizza crust.
Its not just a nameplate, either.
The pizzas have names, too: Pizza Papa, Pizza Pizza, Pizza Papa G., and so on.
The idea is that Papa G would have a little bit of a choice in the recipe.
“I’d love to make pizza and be able to choose the recipe,” he said.
“But I don’t know how I’m going to get there.”
For the pizza, the first step is to decide what kind of pizza you want.
“For me, the best crust is a classic crust, but if you like your pizza crust more crispy, try a more modern crust,” said Papa G, who was raised in Puerto Rico.
“You could do a whole pizzeria out of it, or try a little different kinds of toppings.”
